Well I'm guessing the audio was muted because of all the colorful 4-letter words he was saying... like "Holy blue, this guitar is pinking fantastic. Holy blue, have you... wait, I just want to... pink, man!" ;)

I'm sure he has video playing a few JP licks...

yeah my "buddy" Phil said a few things some might deem inappropriate, plus we weren't saying anything revolutionary, I figured you want to see the guitar, not hear our nonsense.

Just wait till you see mine, it won't be muted. All you will see is a black screen (from editing) because I am going to run naked yelling stuff.

I heard these news last October and I was very pleased to hear a company finally acknowledges the left handed guitar community...

I am going to music school right now, and you wouldn't believe how many other guitarists are left handed, yet they play right handed. The sad part is that all of them play that way because of the lack of supply of decent left handed guitars. But for those of us who stayed true to our instincts, this is the best thing that has EVER happened... Now, we can finally CHOOSE an instrument. No more crappy, unreliable and cheap looking gear available in "black only". At least not for me.

Recently, EBMM sent some people to my school and we got the chance to play some of their instruments. Having heard of these news made actually want to go and "test" these right handed guitars, because I knew that, for the first time, if I liked one of them I could actually order it. So even though my schooling has me financially stressed, I am confident to say that I WILL get one of these! I don't know how or when but it will happen.

So, thanks to Sterling and everybody at EB. Thanks to all the guys who annoyed the hell out of them. I have been part of other brands' forums throughout the years joining petitions for left handed instruments. It never worked...

Even though I'm the only lefty I know who plays lefty, I will also tell everybody that doesn't know yet that these guitars are available... Man, I should a gig to justify buying one of these!

You know there are other lefty models that were already available. JP is great news if your a fan of shred guitar, Axis Super Sport, Luke, and Silhouette Special are also fantastic instruments with vastly different tones and options.

Welcome to the forums Cosmic.. and glad to hear that you didnt succumb to the pressure and play RH :D.. It is indeed great that EBMM recognises that we exist.. The JP is by far the best LH model which has ever come out IMHO.. I know I'll be getting some flake from the Silo, etc users.. ;) but.. Come on, it is a JPMM.. \m/

Also, if the JP is not really in your budger for the moment.. You can try out the Sterling line.. I have heard good things about them so far... They are a cheaper alternative to the real deal is what I have heard..

Stick around and you'll know more..

It may be, I have little doubt it'll be huge. I'm just saying I think there is a little something for everyone. Not everyone likes a heavy sound, thin neck, and a flat radius, especially if your into funky chordal movements.

Alot of diversity here in the lefty camp.

That's fine... At least now there is stock to choose from... In my case, before hearing about the JP being available, I wasn't aware of any lefty EBMM guitars... Most retailers don't carry them, even when they're the authorized dealers...
