print is dead !!

not sure i agree,i still get 2 bass mags this is one of them.They have always seemed fair to Musicman as far i can see they did a great review of the bongo 6 .I have not read this review yet because i have not got my copy yet and i would rather read it at home with a cup of tea as i always do.

I like print,i also like the web........

Don't get me wrong - I love reading a REAL magazine (or a book, for that matter) and it would be especially nice to read a good bass-centric magazine, but with the advent of the web, a good bass magazine is hard to find.

Also, we've become very hard to please. If you're a Music Man freak, and I've heard that many of you are, Bass Player magazine really doesn't give us much in the way of gear coverage. Plus they tend to cover the same "big names" over and over. I get it; they're trying to sell magazines. But they can't sell them to me anymore because I can get the content I want electronically and without the Perfect Pitch adverts.

the only time I need a magazine is when I go to the head. But now that I have a micro laptop...
