how is the neck compared to the JP? that's my main concern. Is it similar to an axis?

Go with the jp6 olive gold, sweet .Idk about the 25th might be somthing you play once in a while, its a closet keeper.

The JP neck is way skinnier to me than the Axis. I love the Axis neck and the JP is totally uncomfortable to me. Feels too much like an Ibanez.

lol well it's either a JP or 25th. I've been gasing for a JP7 after I sold it a couple years back..and now they have it in stealth, which is amazing!

The only reason I would be going for the 25th is because it's a limited run and I regret not going for the 20th.

Personally, I'd go for what I would play more. Yes, the 25th is nice, but the main reason why I haven't been excited about buying one yet is mainly that as a package, it's not my cup of tea. After 10 balls, if I were to throw more money BP's way, I think it should be in the direction of something I REALLY need that fills a gap... Like a JP7...

I've ordered a 25th because I am stoked about the features. If what you stated above is the only reason for you getting a 25th, then I'd get a JP7 if I were you. BP says the 20th and 25th are fantastic guitars, but very different. So I doubt you'll "make up" for missing out on the 20th with a 25th. Also, 20ths do come up used every once in awhile. You might consider that if that's what you really wanted.
