Ok so I have narrowed it down to 4...

White Pearl HS Sterling w/rosewood.
Olive Green Single H Sterling w/ all rosewood neck.
Black Single H/Piezo Sterling w/maple neck.
Stealth Bongo HS.

Decisions, decisions... Any suggestions?

Olive Green Single H Sterling w/ all rosewood neck.

Good color, single H is enough on a Sterling, and an exclusive all rosewood neck. Go for it! :)

I probably don't have the best insight on this, but the single H is probably my favorite pick-up configuration. So I'd go with either single H Sterling. The piezo sounds nice.

Ooohhhh...

Two of my favorite things in the same list.

Piezo and Bongo.

Tough choice. The Bongo sound is something special. Incredible. Infectious, Addictive. Dangerous in a really good way.

The piezo adds a wonderful extra dimension to any sound.

Will you get to play them?

If so, I'd narrow it to either the Bongo or the piezo Sterling and let your ears and gut decide.

Of course, there's the Bongo Mind Control Ray factor. Once you try one, you won't forget it.

Just as an aside, it's very tempting to let appearance drive a decision like this. But it's a musical instrument first. Sound and feel are essential. Looks are secondary.

Sterling w/ Rosewood neck, it's a limited run, everything else will be available.
This is what I love about MM's, everything is a must have, good luck.

It would probably help you with what the overall vote was if it was in a survey where we can vote on it. Just a thought.

I say...Stealth Bongo...but I am very bias towards those. All are great choices....

So, now I actually have enough money to buy one... It so hard deciding. I probably won't get to play it first unless I get lucky and see something I like locally. Has anyone ever dealt with Bass Central? Do they deal at all or is the price you see, the price you get? I have always loved the Pearl White, but with a plain white I think you have more pickguard options. Not sure how a tort or black pearl would look on a pearl white. But man that all rosewood neck looks good with the olive gold. But, its about $200 more!!! Argh! Do I want to sleep on the couch or in the doghouse? Hmmm...

So many nice guitars and basses on that site. Did you notice the 2006 LE Bongo HS, it says call for price which should mean about 20-30% less than retail. It should be cheaper than stealth and more special imo.

Still dreaming about that one, that combo looks tremendous.
Grab your new Bass and a blanket and hit the doghouse.....
