That's abalone. Mine also will have an abalone PG. Only it is going to be sterling silver, hardtail and HSS. I would have loved SSS but I'm very curious as to what HSS will be like. I'm sure it's going to be great too.

I wonder how many Rosewood Silos have been made all together.

That's abalone. Mine also will have an abalone PG.

That is most definitely not Abalone. I have a guitar with the abalone pick guard.
I think that one is Moonstone due to the slight hues of brown I see in there.

Moonstone it is.

This axe is the ideal stratty single coil axe for me, the BFR AL is a different animal- ash/maple top/maple neck, its a different sound. Ive always preferred rosewood boards on single coil axes.
