25th Anniversary Bass Sighting on ACM's

On tonight's ACM Awards show Kenny Chesney played and it looked like his bass player was using a 25th Anniversary Bass! They did not show too many closeups so I couldn't tell which pickup combo was on it. I've seen him use a Bongo 5 many times but this was cool.

Thats Steve Marshall, and hes been playing MM basses for a long time. Ill have to look for a replay of the show to record and check out that 25th.

Talking about 25th seeings... I went to see Luke in Basel, Switzerland, and his bass player had a Bongo and 25th. Unfortunately, I can't remember the pickup config of the 25th, but to my amazement it "outsounded" the Bongo big time.

(As a side note: Lucious absolutely killed, and so did his whole band... what a concert!)

Haha Pops. Luckily Holly hasnt gotten rid of the hat. She would like to, but knows how much I love it.

Stanky is around. Hes got a lot going on, as do I so neither of us have been around as much as we'd like.

At around the 1:10 and 1:43 mark you can see it. You can even see it in the still shot here for some reason. Probably helped that I watched it on LCD HDTV.
