You can see my short SB14 preview now on [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JShLyM1ZCkU"]Youtube[/ame]. I didn't include any footage of the Ray 34, you'll just have to be patient until the full review comes out. It's scheduled for the August issue of Guitar World, so that means on the newsstands by mid-early June.

And of course, I hope you'll all go out and buy the dang magazine too, it's called job security for me.

I notice that the playback seems to slow down on this forum, so you may want to actually go to the bassguitarmag page on YT and watch.

Thanks all. I am indeed gigging on the SB14, but I've put flats on it as my main occupation these days is quarter note donkey for the Cornell Hurd band - Texas Swing. The bass sounds remarkably good for that stuff, it thumps like crazy. In fact, Jack will get a chance to see it in action tomorrow night in Denton at Dan's Silverleaf. I do love how it sounds with rounds, but I knew if I wanted to play it more, I'd have to switch strings as my workload is better suited to flats these days.
