ok guys yo know I have recently step into the dark side

The bongo is a terrific instrument, and I fell in love with it. Saw this one available in Canada

And decided to purchase it

This is my third Dargie Delight instrument. It's in pristine condition more photos will follow as the bass is still in my office and I had no chance to plug it yet. more photos will come later

I will keep the Bongo stealth with flatwound and this one with the roundwound.

I think Headstock score the same one recently. Every guitarist should start to play bass with a Bongo !!!!!

I play 4's too, but this idea about 5'ers has always kinda puzzled me. They're not any more difficult to play. I guess maybe it's a matter of feeling more comfortable keeping the lowest string an E, and thinking that having the B there would have a disorienting affect? I never found that to be the case ... but still don't currently own one.

Oh by the way ... GORGEOUS bass!
