• US Army
• Spec Ops
• Ferrari F1 red with all the F1 sponsors
• Seafoam Green
• and a few more wacky ones, wait and see. I am getting the hang of this photoshop malarky....

Hey I'm digging these Bovinian prototypes. Especially with the news today where scientist sequence the bovine genome? There's got to be a connection here somewhere. At the very least, it's a great band name:

Hey T-Bone I intercepted your call on my blackberry, but at the time I had a close near miss with a grain bulker vessel with what must have been a deaf crew on board. We had to scream down the VHF emergency channel for them to accept orders to take starboard 20!! or hit us head on. So for the next 24 hours I was both shaken and stirred and I had to go and recover much needed sleep.

Ok I have 2 more versions, I have a revamped cow spotted one, and a camo cause someone asked for camo so here it is, please note they are done on a 4 stringer as I couldn't find a decnt hi-res fiver.

But this should give you the idea, so first is the Moooooo Moooooo Cow.

Which one you like best?

(BTW - Photoshop is some VERY cool software...but you CANNOT TRUST ANY IMAGE that you see online any more, bassically...)

I have done another 2 versions, the first one is an US Army Green and the other is my own vision of Seafoam Green with a subtle pearl effect.

Before I get in trouble here with the boss please remember these are photoshopped replica's they don't exist and EBMM doesn't do them like that. They have other more wonderful and real colours these are just the fruit of my own "wish list" imagination. Thanks

After which I won't be doing no more, so as I've said I wanted to do a Spec. Ops. one, a Ferrari Red one and to accomodate someone's request (can't remember who it was that asked for it but I also have a Tomato Red with green pickup covers

gotta say, I'm diggin on those military ones. The bullet holes are a great touch.

Camo is still my favorite. I'd love than in a trans finish.

Well done. I couldn't have imagined how good it would look without those pics. Still like the cow and camo best. A nice finishing touch (if they were made as limited run) would be to have theme related inlays e.g. cowbells or bullets like the Dargies had.

Looking at these pictures I really believe there is something in these photoshop examples.

As it stands there are already some beautiful colours and pickguard combinations available from Ernie Ball Music Man, yet it's safe to say that people do like the impact of graphic individuality and I believe if a line of instruments were offered in similar liveries, that there would probably be a lot more people wanting to buy them and they would sell like hot cakes simply because of the fact that these basses or guitars would set them apart from the "quilt maple top" brigade so to speak, not that there is anything wrong with that, but it has been done so much that when I look at a lovely figured maple top or koa, I look at it as yet another curly maple top and I've seen so many that the excitement is short lived.

Anyway I might be wrong and maybe these funky colours might not look so appealing after time. Who knows? It was just a bit of fun
