My new Bongo is here!

My Cabernet Pearl Bongo 5 HS arrived a couple of days ago. I haven’t posted about it yet because I’ve been too busy playing it. What a sonic palette. Unbelievable. Best sounding bass I’ve ever owned in over 30 years of playing. And that’s saying a lot since my main bass for most of those years has been a Stingray 4, and for the last couple of years a Stingray 5. And it is beautiful. The pic below doesn’t do it justice. I’m gigging on Friday and cant wait to get the reactions!
