My latest EBMM from the DuBaldos arrived yesterday and I love it! The knobs are similar to the Bongo layout so I've had no problems there, and the switching is quite intuitive. My favorite tone is series mode with all pickup switches off - in either passive or active mode it sounds amazing.

Thanks to everyone at EBMM for such a great bass!

Brad, Congrats, great color, has to be a tone monster, all the best.

Which pickup is active with the switches all up, is it just the bridge or a combo? That's really a heads up feature in the design, so there isn't any chance of a sound crisis.

Yep, it's Electric Blue - really beautiful color.

Here are the controls from the EBMM site, check the diagram in the upper left:

My Big Al has arrived too.

Mine just arrived as well. True Gold, Rosewood neck, with Vintage Pearloid PG. It is totally awesome.
