Lots of good bass gear - GC Denver

Stopped in the GC on South Colorado in Denver - hoping they had a Big AL to try. They did - three of them - one black - two cabernet pearl all rosewood boards.

Also had a SR4 and SR5 (both HH) with rosewood necks, and two 5-string 25ths and 4 string 25th. And a Stealth SR4.

The 25ths were awesome and I am definitely looking forward to my DDII Big AL.

I was in there a week ago. Do they still have that foreign bass displayed in the middle of all those fine musicmans? That seemed kinda odd!

Didn't look real close at the rest - but there were a few oddities around the EBMM display.

Just out of curiosity, is the Denver store on Colorado "better" than the one on County Line?

Or does the proximity to both just give you guys the best of all possible worlds?

I haven't been to the one on County Line, it's a bit far from my house. Sometimes I go to the one in Arvada because my wife works out that way. I figure they are all the same, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

They are about the same - the one on County Line just got a face lift - nice store - but no Big Als, 25ths or BFRs.

The Colorado store was nice and clean and actually kid of quiet today - I enjoyed it.

I think it was an H - but I really didn't look at it much. I was on a Big AL hunt. I know I looked at it I just can't remember the pickup config. Hard to see it - being a stealth and all.

No - go to the Colorado Blvd store - the County Line Store (as of Monday) only had a few Sterlings and Rays - nothing like the stock at the Colorado store.
