Don't worry, you aren't missing out on it - that one isn't for sale! It's kicking around so people can play one if they haven't had the chance.

See you soon Pete, I'm on my way!!

Awesome, I'm going to be there in about half an hour detuning all the guitars to deter jam sessions...

I think it worked! I had to tune up before playing.....not complaining. It got busy in a hurry.

Thanks everyone at Beller's today. I had fun and my son was entertained enough not to whack me with a bongo (close, but I know when to duck). Some observations:

I haven't liked Als in the past. I don't know why. I played the white one with MM90's and I have to rethink what to get next. I spent a bunch of time with a sterling JP to get some more of an idea how it plays. I really, really think it's the best out of the SBMM line. The floating trem made me queezy as I am so not used to them, but it seemed to work well. I played the vintage burst hard tail Silo again, but have resolved that I'm a trem guy. I made note that that Al has a trem. Hmmmmm I actually did have the cash for the 25th in my pocket and pointed out to Pete the price on the tag and would have left a nice tip too.......turns out that $225.00 was not the special price for the day.......I thought I had found the golden ticket or something. Oh....I did play that too. I did not spend much time with it though. Out of my price range at the moment. I'll drop back in when there isn't a line all the way out the door, up the street and around the corner.

I got a control cover signed for my 8 year old's bass by John Myung and my Sublhouette cover signed by John Petrucci. Grabbed a bunch of JM and JP picks and some stickers. Thanks again for putting this on.

Still here hanging. I have experienced the famous Dubaldo lasagna. I feel honored. JP and JM were great guys. And as it turns out, I'm going to the DT show tonight. Nice!! Thanks to the dubaldos for being so welcoming...and to a lefty no less!

That was a cool event, Pete. Thanks for putting that on. I picked up the new Petrucci Dimarzios from you--looking forward to hearing those in one of my guitars.

That was awesome!! I'm bummed that I missed the infamous DuBaldo lasagna and group photo though :( Some really sweet guitars for sale today man, wish I had the extra $$$$$ to pick up another JP, that silver JP7 had me thinking about having a JP7 again. Thanks so much Pete, Nick, Mr. and Mrs. DuBaldo, EB, John and John for a great day. It's always a pleasure to meet JP and I'm glad it was local enough so I could bring my beloved BFR to have John sign it. I'm glad none of the knuckleheads in attendance or JP himself didn't notice that I was carrying my BFR in a Fender John Mayer In Case gig bag!!!!!:D Alright, I've outted myself, BP and fellow members, please don't ostracize me!!!!:) It was the only In Case gig bag I could get my hands on a few years ago when In Case had stopped making them.

Thanks again everyone and whoever had that lefty rosewood JP6, that guitar was SWEEEEEET!!!!!!
