I had the opportunity to demo a 25th Anniversary 4 HSS last week and I have to say that it was an amazing instrument! As I'd expected the neck was a joy to play. The electronics are interesting and offer a great deal of flexibility. It was, of course, stunningly beautiful! Before the demo was over, though, I found myself scanning the wall for a Bongo (this is how all bass demo's end for me now). As fantastic as the 25th is it would never get played - I'll always grab a Bongo first.
Kudo's to EBMM for building such a magnificent instrument. As stated above it was an absolute joy to play!
PS: Please keep the Bongo in production FOREVER!
