Hi Everyone!
I've been lurking on this forum for way too long and I can proudly say I've finally got my first EBMM! (and my second Ball is just around the corner!)
I was lucky enough to pick this up from forum member "RichB". I first saw this guitar on a few of his youtube videos and I told myself if this ever shows up in the "For Sale" section I had to have it- thought it was the perfect JP7. Then July rolls around and the DD2 release is announced and I promptly ordered a BFR JP6. Sure enough, about 2 weeks later I find this guitar in the "For Sale" section...horrible timing, financially that is. Not sure how, but I made it happen, and it's now sitting in my living room as of today!
Anyway, it's a fully-loaded 2009 JP7, Olive-Gold, with a BFR Rosewood Neck. Plays perfect, looks beautiful, and is by far the best guitar I've held/played/owned! And I think it's the only Olive-Gold JP7 w/rosewood neck made...? As I've never played a BFR JP6, I now have absolutely no doubts about my DD2 order and can't wait!
Just wanted to say "Thanks!" to Big Poppa and the team at EBMM for making such a fine guitar(s)! On to the pics! (I'll have to take some outside soon, the Olive-Gold is hard to photograph...) :
