Terry did some studio work for DD, but I don't think he ever played live with them. He was in Andy Taylor's first solo band however.

Reflex is the official name. this guitar's just too awesome to only produce for a single year. Im gonna get another one for sure!

I agree - the ventian redburst is a very nice color but it sets off the 25th as something special and apart from the soon-to-be production Reflex.
Climaxe is a cool name, but G&L had a "Climax" guitar back in the 1990s - the name would be too close even if G&L didn't trademark the name.
