Just got back from swapping my Korean Wolfgang for a Translucent red Axis.
It’s not new, in fact it’s quite old, given a choice wouldn't have chosen red, there are a few Dings and scathes on it but I had it really cheap I think (£320 with the Wolfie).
Would have loved a new one but after buying the Luke that was never going to happen, getting this has completed my collection as the 3 I own are my 3 favorite models so I couldn't be happier tonight.

Now to get off this forum because these guitars really are additive.

Small world I’ll send you a PM with my contact details .

Be great to meet up with a fellow knucklehead.

Best i can do is photos off my mobile until tomorrow.
Watch this space, don't get to excited it was cheap and compared to most of the beauties on this forum not very special.

But I got one that’s all that count's for me.
Not bad 2 balls in a week.

It was the one of Ebay but don't spend big money unless i can see it in the flesh.

I was a bit undecided when i saw it because of the ding's and scatches but i think £300 for the korean wolfie and £320 cash was a decent deal.

After a good polish it looked stunning.

Wow congrats on another purchase....addiction sets in fast around here!

For the neck / fretboard, yeah, wonder wipes are really good. If its really stained you might want to run some 0000 wire wool over it before the ww's...

Being natural wood it will never look like new so think of it as mojo! :) Still, I've found that ww's make a dirty neck look much better!

looks like a nice quilttop! congrats. can´t wait to see better pix.
btw. good deal on the guitar - for only £320 you got an amazing upgrade ;)
i didn´t like the korean wolfie at all, it felt like a cheap guitar in my hands and now the axis - totally different world. enjoy!

LOL.
I did think the wolfie for the money was good but my god what a difference with the Axis.

It sounds amazing, surprisingly versatile once you roll off the volume.
