JP6 (non-BFR) case type

I'm receiving my new JP6 within couple of weeks, and now I'm wondering what kind of case it has, or actually how "tight fit" it has. I've seen couple of version s with JP6 models, some them have more space around the guitar than some others. Here's two examples:

Are all new JP6's coming with the same case as Matt's DD2?

Since the DD2's came out this year I would assume that you'd be getting the same 2009 case as him for your non-BFR JP

Yours will have a snug fit. Mine are loose fit, because they're older.

That first pic reminds me how awesome Graphite Pearl is (RIP).

First one looks like the old style case. The new one is the second one.

They both protect the same, I'm sure.

the snug cases have been used for nearly 2 years now.. my JP6 is a january 2008 model and it has the snug fit case

I love the standard hard shell case. My two balls now both have the upgraded case (a 20th Silo and a 2008 LE). Those upgraded cases look fantastic, but I like the Tonka truck ruggedness of the standard hard plastic case. They seem invincible.

What is the max length of the JP6 case? Just wondering 'cause if it's below 101cm, everything would be much easier while packing gear into my car....

I think any EBMM dealer can get one for you. I've seen the standard Music Man hardshell cases on GC's website.
