Dave got the sonic. Robert got the fiesta red. Rex took home the surf green and shell pink as well as a nice matching photo of the original automotive finish.
Here are some of the remaining available guitars. PM ASAP if you are interested. We can take payments as long as your billing address matches your shipping address. This is time sensitive so don't hesitate. This weekend only these basses are an additional 10% of STREET price. NOT list, STREET! I hope these beauties go to forumites...
I had some people pm me from outside the states and I apologize if I didn't get back to you. It would go against agreements with foreign distributors. That being said, people in the US, the event is over but I may be able to get you one of the basses you missed.
I kind of guessed that this would happen but still sad reading. Don´t mean to upset anyone now but next time there is a sell-out like this, please, please, please make sure to clearly point out that it´s only for US citizens from start. Makes life alot easier and less frustrating for us foreigners. Please remember that this is a international webforum and that "forumites" are from many corners of the world.
Sincerely//Jan
This is the quote of BP i refer to from the "HEY ZOMBI! GC Bargains Hidden gems"-thread:
"they can sell you that one any le or anniversary that is over two years old has no geographic restrictions"
So how about the one offs?

That being said, people in the US, the event is over but I may be able to get you one of the basses you missed. Some are GC stock which I still have access to. I also might be able to work something out with Glen to get the non-gc stuff, but I need you to pm what you want and it would probably be easier sooner than later.

We will decide which others will go on the CLB....Those will be available internationally. The remaining ones will be available either through your international distributor or favorite domestic dealer and that includes all your favorites and diont forget zombi who worked his ass off.
Hellboy...I am sorry that you assumed that a bass show in Los angeles would be a good time to change our international distribution. I think that it isnt altogether fair to expect us to address potential assumtions. I was clear that the only ones you could buy were the onniversary and le's that were over two years old on two occasions. Im sorry that wasnt enough.
Here is the rub....Nobody wants you to have one of our special models more than me. If I exempted anniversary models none of the distributors would stock them adver=rtise them or service the warranty on them. Believe me it frustrates the living daylights out of me that some of our distributors expect protection and only buy one or two.....its not right for us and not right for the end user.
HOw this? Which one do you want? I will put it up on Ebay for the Casey Lee Ball Foundation....I will not recieve a penny but sick children and pediatric kidney researchers will and there isnt a distributor that wants to stay in my good graces that would raise a stink.....

The flame stingray is still available currently. Your voices didn't go unheard. I talked numerous times to Glen and Sterling about the international interest. BP figured out a way for you guys to do it. I "work" for guitar center, but they don't pay me for the time I hunt down basses and call around to stores and time I spend on these forums. I go in early and on my off days to track these things down, because honestly, I am good at my job, and when I am on the clock, I have my own customers I need to help. They choose to work with me because I go above and beyond. I do my best to not be the guy who just blows off his customers. For instance if you were to order something from me, and want to know what is going on with it, I WILL find out and I WILL keep in contact with you, no matter what. I call and check up, even if I have to harass another store to get the information needed. I am actually working for you guys. I do that as a service. In all honesty, it's nice if a bass gets bought off me, but I am just happy to spread the EBMM love and share as much as possible about a guitar and bass company that shares the same business and social ideology I have. That being said, I am more than happy to answer any questions since I was there and have seen them in the flesh.
