I prefer the one with the see-through pickguard, even though I own and love the Stingray 5 I was never fan of the large pickguard, with the controls mounted on it. Also it makes it awkward to swap pickguards.

Just shell out for a new bass. No you can't buy a neck separately anyway from EBMM, and no the mutes will not fit your bridge either.

If you don't want the mutes on anymore, unscrew the bridge and remove the mute plate, then reinstall your bridge.

Then send them to Mike like I did!! LOL
