That bass ALWAYS sounds great...unless I forget to change the batteries (which is why I ended up playing the red 5er later).

Nah, it's not your comp. Flip Video combined with a GIANT space and the camera was actually behind the PA mains, so you're hearing mostly monitor vocals.

Hopefully Chris has some more.

I played that tune at a gig one time and towards the end of the night we were asked "can you guys play that song from Shrek again".

I've also lost count of the number of times I've introduced the song at gigs with "here's some Neil Diamond for ya", and people have yelled out "mate, you're wrong, that's a Monkees song"

A little musical knowledge is very dangerous for the average audience member.
