Funny thing. Now i have been played with my EVH for couple weeks, and strange thing is that i have very big hands, EVH signature is still very easy to play. I use to have Ibanez Jem, (fretboard is quite large) and i always thought that i never learn to play with smaller neck. How wrong i was. EVH neck is most easiest to play ever. It is lightning-fast, and whole guitar has very distinct, colourful and powerful sound, too. This is great one. Gonna buy another one... :):)

Hey, u talkin to me? NY
I'm glad that you're enjoying the guitar Jommi! There's definitely a certain mojo about the EVH's and they should be played!

All the best,
Slav

EVH has stupidly large hands for his size......he once came into the main guitar shop in B'ham (Musical Exchanges) with Tony Iommi back in 93......the staff just said he was a really top guy and his hands were like shovels........he borrowed a purple EVH to jam with Iommi at his house in Knowle, Solihull which is about 5 minutes from my house.......shows how great those guitars are that off the shelf, the endorsee is happy to use....

Well, Slav, thanks to YOU! Sorry about that little mess...This guitar is truly exellent one.
Jem is good guitar too, but is sounds Jem in everywhere and in every setting. EVH is much more versatile. Perhaps it has something to do with the differences between pick ups? Dunno. With Marshall JVM 410 it sounds with bridge pickup like EVH and works greatly with all rock-metal playin´, in middle position there´s sounds like Satch uses on "Joe Satriani" record, and with neck pick up sound is automatically like hotrodded Gary Moore. Not bad combination. Joe Perry, Jimmy Page, even Brian May - sounds are available.

MM EVH sounds like it has much more Balls than any other guitar. And i DONT mean Ernie.... :p
Sounds is rich, sensitive, colourful, tasty - you name it. Best guitar i ever had before.
I will buy some nice Axis next, for friend to this baby...
