Line a lot of colors for 2009 have been discontinued. You may not be able to find that color (whatever it is) EBMM has the new color chart on their site.

More than likely, this guitar was re-painted the color you see in the picture. I don't remember this being a color ever offered by EBMM. Maybe it was a one-off.

i think daves signature says its "teal" but i dont think its available. but does look really cool .

The colour is called Teal Pearl. The image is a bit pastelised (if thats the correct word) hence the dark and light shading of it on the cover.
Its not available anymore. The last EBMM i saw in this colour was for sale at Pete DuBaldo's shop (an Albert Lee model) Ernie Ball / Music Man / Guitar / Bass

my guitar is a silo special with perloid 'plate.
