Help! Need Some Serious help Choosing a JP6 Colour

Hey Guys!

Im finally getting round to getting myself a EBMM JP6 but i have absolutely No idea what colour to get?!?!?!

What colours do people think is the nicest? i would love a mystic dream one but alas i cannot afford the extra it is

Does anybody have any pictures of the Different Colours at all that are available???

I have a pearl redburst and I like it, but why does MD cost more? I never thought there would be a difference in price for the different finishes.

I like Mystic Dream / Dargie. I've never seen a picture do the Dargie justice. It's not as bright and in your face as most pictures make it seem. And the ebony board feels a lot nicer. Street price on the Dargie is a bit lower than the Mystic Dream.

If you really can't cover the extra cost, I'd go with a Pearl Red Burst.

I assume it's because the finishing process is a bit more involved with an iridescent paint job. My cynical side tells me it's just a matter of supply & demand. I see a lot of guitar manufacturers charge more for popular colors.

iridescent / color changing paint is just more expensive. you can find it online by the quart and its pretty pricey. pearl's are a litte more fancy than flat paints.

i like the pearls myself, if you can go for the dargie / MD colors

I'm partial to darker finishes. I like Sapphire Black, Stealth, Olive Gold, Egyptian Smoke. Mystic Dream is nice, but more expensive because the paint costs a fortune. DDII is killer as well.
