Thanks for the info Pete. I would order it from you but those fellas in Raleigh have been very good to me. I had 'em worrying A.J. about the BP AL the Monday after Summer NAMM. Maybe I'll order a King Cobra or a Pee Wee Signature from you next time ;).

Color choices are Black, Tobacco Burst, Mint Green, Classic White, Coral Red and Powder Blue - only available on the HH AL and classic basses.

You can also choose Tremolo/hardtail and pickguard color. There is no piezo option.

The African mahogany body is fantastically light, just like the Gold Roller!

Bummer, I was hoping the Black Magic Crystal would be available as well. Oh well such is life.

Thanx Pete. Glenn |B)

What do y'all think? Should I get white, white pearl or aged white pearl pickguard with the powder blue?

CatDaddy, tough call, the Powder Blue is a great color and a White Pearloid PG would look excellent on it man.

When I win the Premier Guitar AL HH give away I'll let you know how the white looks. :D

What am I going to do if I win the PG giveaway and I've already ordered one? I guess I'll have to give the white one to Glenn. Glenn you need a Patrick Coral.

If it was a SSS guitar I'd get PG Heaven to cut me a "mint" one. Then I'd beat it with a bicycle chain and it would be a 1960 AL Relic.

Slightly OT, but does anyone know if the larger fretboard dots are specific to the AL HB or if they will be phased in on the rest of the models (e.g. Silo, Axis, regular AL, Luke, JP, Morse, etc.) too?

If I am not mistaken, there was a comment about the larger dots in 2010 and I'm not sure if I am interpreting it correctly.

I never understood the relic thing TMB. OK back to the regularly scheduled color programming:).

I totally get the whole relic'd thing. You buy a guitar, you play it, you play it some more, and you keep playing it. One day, you notice that your guitar has been played for a long time and picked up some wear, bumps, and bruises along the way. Your guitar is now relic'd.

I'm probably a better relic-er than I am a player.;)

You've had an hour now Rob... which one have you decided on? You know I copied your AL when I ordered mine, abalone and all.
