KOA or JPX

Hi Guys,
Need help here!!!
since the release of the JPX recently, things are getting difficult for me...
I have been deciding between the JPX 7 strings and KOA 7 strings now.
JPX is new and damn is it a cool looking metal guitar but the KOA just looks so freaking classy
So now, need opinions from you guys. understand that its what i like but just like to hear more views.

Welcome. If I had a need and could afford one. My vote would be for the JPX7. Thats my .02¢

This is very tough indeed, but for the money I would get the KOA. I'm not against chambering by any means, I just prefer a true solid body and the looks of the KOA are just insane. You will get lots of differing opinions for sure, I wish you the best of luck on your decision!

I'd go with the Koa. it's an exotic wood, and it looks amazing.

Haven't played a JPX so I can't give an opinion on that. Go with the Koa. The gold hardware and ebony look killer together, as well as the new color they're coming in. I had a Koa JP before and I can tell you they're tone monsters. The mahogany body and neck make for one thick, chunky, shred machine. My vote's for the Koa.

Well, get both, but if not KOA is a killer guitar, JPX is interesting though cant wait to try one out.

KOA would be my personal choice. I love the look of the KOA the best out of every finish ive seen on the JP's. But either way your going to get a great guitar

I didn't even know you could get a JPX7...having said that, JPX7.

Why?

The finish is badass.
The black hardware is badass.
The chambered body is badass.
More symmetrical body shape. (Comes down to opinion, but I prefer it)
Ebony board.

I absolutely love KOA but if the chambered body does for the JPX what it does for the 25th, it would be the JPX for me.

As of the NAMM Show you can get a JPX in 7-string. Yes, you can also get a Koa JP7.

Flip a coin, there are many good reasons to get each one, you can't go wrong!

say koa or jpx three times with the light off in the rest room make sure your in front of a mirror with the door closed.
when you turn the light back on and you see a jpx well you already know. but if you dont well then the koa's for you. lol
