Hi everyone. I just bought a new 25th anniversary and would like to know everything about it.(and it's sisters).
I was not succesfull in finding much info on the forum so I post this.
I'd mostly like to know how many were made and if any other model have been chambered in the same way.
But feel free to educate me on any other aspects of this fine instrument!
Also, what does the G stands for in the serial number?
Is there any other instruments that share the Venetian Redburst?
What is the proportion of Quilt VS Flame?
What is the meaning of life?

There is a thread with the entire development of this instrument....it was done in the open for the first time, I think...Im really proud of this guitar and its inherent resonance

maybe someone can identify the thread for you and the other stuff...welcome and stick around!

While someone is finding those threads for you, let me say welcome and congrats on a great guitar. This instrument was the first to feature chambering and the G stands for Guitar. The colour Venetian Redburst was unique to the 25ths only. As for production numbers and how many flames and quilts are around that's something we don't know. As for the meaning of life that easy ...

Welcome to the 25th club! If you haven't already gathered, it's an amazing instrument. I wasn't around for the development either, but that didn't stop me from picking one up.

Here's mine: Flame Top, Maple board, Trem

And heads up since you're new, we love to see pictures of your EBMM guitars and/or basses. For some reason we all go crazy when someone gets good wood ;):p

COngratz on the guitar. She is killer. The 25th was the first to be chambered. EB is releasing a guitar called that Reflex which is basically a regular production model. It will not have that awsome color as an option. EB has also just released a guitar called the JPX. It to is chambered but is made of totally different woods and does not have the series parallel switch. Only Eb know if any other models will be released with chambers but knowning what I know about BP and crew I am fairl sure there will be more!

One last thing there is an (un)official saying around this forum that says that "without pics it doesn't exsist" so please show her off to us! We love guitar porn.

The 25th can chime, twang, quack, rock out and melt faces.

Beautifully resonant but also articulate in clean, overdriven and distortion settings. All without overwhelming feedback.

Mine is flamed, hardtail w/ rosewood.

I love this guitar. :D

Welcome and congrats from a fellow 25th owner! You will get spoiled by this instrument!

On the matter of questions on the 25th, I also would like to know about actual production numbers/splits, if this info is available.

Thanks for the warm welcome!!
I played this new guitar most of the day today. Non stop.
Can't leave it...addicted!
It is a joy!
Plugged in my small Marshall S80 with nothing but a Memory man on the clean channel...wow!
Many different beautiful tones from this flawless instrument.
I am very impressed!
Another thing that impresses me is the way this company conduct it's business. To be greeted by the owner himself is uncommon to say the least.
Thanks also for directing me to a very interesting thread about the making of this guitar.

One satisfied customer!
