Hello and welcome to the forum! Your EVH was done on 2/23/93 and originally shipped to Avenue Guitars in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

When you have a chance, I just picked up an Axis...

Serial number G09136

It has the recessed neck plate, so it's not a newer one... but it's in great shape.
