i love JM's music. he is an awesome player but i'm disappointed with his recent album. Still shows he is a great song writer but had hoped for more from him.

thankfully i believe a new JMTrio album is on the cards ...

I think that's the general initial reaction, but listen closer.
I thought the same, but the more I listen to it the more I love it. The good stuff is there. It's just not as obvious.
