These might not do well in the EU, but they would potentially do well Downunder, since EVERY house and apartment here has a BBQ.

No market for smokers in Germany? Here is what we have in the garden of our new house:

That's true and also the reason why I am on the look for some alternatives. But I will come back to this over the smokers site on the weekend.

I have been working as a cook for a catering service when I studied. Cooking has been one of my passions since I was a kid. I am just not into the sweet stuff, but all kinds of meats, especially wild boar and lamb.

Hey Big Poppa, sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just had an interesting conversation with a customer of mine about his new smokers (built in the USA of course). Very interesting idea: Smackers Gourmet BBQ Seasoning and Smokers Home . Maybe you've seen them, but what are your thoughts on the product, as a Man who's prone to smoking? :)
