The neck is severely back bowed. Loosen the truss rod by turning the screw counter closewise. If you cant then Im sorry but you have a problem. You can not blame Ernie Ball for the condition of a used guitar.

the peg works is corrected. But this does not help to solve a problem.

I do not understand as this could occur.. The Guitar nearly all time was found in case.
Thank you!

Was this a used guitar or did you buy it new from a dealer?

If you got it new from a dealer then work through them to see what kind of warranty you have and let them handle it with EBMM for you.

If it was used, then contact EBMM Customer Service directly and see what they can do for you. Sorry, I don't have the international Customer Service phone number but it is probably in the FAQs somewhere.

Sorry, I'm not sure what a new neck would cost - I've never had that issue. EBMM Customer Service would be able to tell you how much. I do know they won't sell you a neck; here in the USA you have to send the guitar back to the factory in California.

you can purchase a new neck through an authorized local dealer. The dealer can assist you with the correct procedure on how to do this. The neck is most probably fixable but your dealer will guide you.

Interesting. I was actually reading that with a Russian accent in mind anyway.

Colin, being a dealer, is correct. I should have been more clear - I meant that they likely wouldn't ship a new neck to an individual; an individual would either have to have theie dealer do the neck swap and return the old neck or send it to the factory to have it done.
