Welcome, AREA! I'm loving your SR5.
I'll be taking a trip to Germany within the next few years as I'm +3/4 German descent. Hang around.

Hi Thomas,
looks like we`ve got plenty of things in common. Name, Age, Family, understanding wife, friends in the band AND (and this may be the most important thing) a new purchased StingRay5 ;-). Hope you have as much fun with yours as I have with mine !

Greets from Munich,
Thomas.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your Request. It´s a Pleasure. I guess I´ve seen Chuck and you and also the most other german EBMM Players befor maybe at Bassic.ch or at Bassprofessor.de where i´m called "Rumms", but for the English Spoken Boards it has to be another Name;)

Hey Tom!

Nice to see you around here as well ;-)
Usually I'm more of a lurker here than a writer. But when people like you show up I feel obliged to crawl out of my hole once in while.

Congratulations to your new beauty! Have fun with it. I'm sure you'll have!
Has anyone told you that they're active? *tease* ;)

Took you a quite a while to come around! Didn't i tell you they're decent basses! Off course I did!
You should have listened to good ol' basscake right from the start!

But I won't count my chicken until they're hatched. You have a proven tendency to change your mind once a forthnight ;)

I'd love to take out the tape measure and give you the exact data you're asking for. Unfortunatelly that's not possible, because my babies are still on their way home to mummy.:(

CU arround!

basscake

PS:
And wtf is bassic.ch ?!? ;-)

The reason it varies is because it depends on how you set the intonation. With different gauge strings and different string height, the intonation position with vary from bass to bass. There is no correct answer.

This.

Welcome aboard. Nice bass!
