Yeah - my JP6 holds the tune very well also, easily as well as my floyd Axis' does.

i have played many versions and they all seem to stay in much better tune than a floyd rose...

Hey Phil, these work for the JP models too? Not sure why I thought they were only for Floyd guitars....

I have it in my dargie for my drop d tuned stuff and it works like a charm, but I can always unlock it and use it as my back up guitar in standard tuning. I highly recommend it.

How many springs does this trem have. My Socal had 3 and I took one off to install the trem stop and it seems to bend easier. Has anyone ever done that?

Comes with 3 from the factory.
