Will the Reflex replace the Bongo ?

I mean, it seems that it is an evolution of the Bongo with a more "conventionnal" design ?

no

the reflex is the "production line" name for what we all knew as the 25th anniversary bass. the bongo will continue to hold its own ground ;)

And that's completely OK, so let it be..., Amen!

Question: ...does this means that Reflex will have mahogany center block like on 25th?

I'm sorry but I just can't stop looking at that.

I thought I was only GASsing for a single H Big Al fiver.

I was wrong.

I'm going to sit here and look at that some more.

While you're looking, remind yourself that the Reflex has the same neck profile as the Bongo. And, then remind me where I'm going to find the money to order one assuming it comes in a color besides black, white, red, or blue.

Must reply once again, sorry, but what pickup configuration will be available, like 25th or different?
Pickups from 25th, Bongo, SR, SL..., something new?
I'm really interested in this Reflex series of basses!

Q2: ...will it be available with piezo (just wonder  )

Piezo option and the Reflex is a sure thing for me.

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous !!!!

I just heard the Mary J. Blige version of "Stairway To Heaven" and it featured Randy on bass (as well as Steve Vai on guitar, Travis Barker on Drums and Orianthi gets the guitar solo) I like it a lot but it will be interesting to see the reactions of the public.........but that will be an entirely different topic/discussion/argument:rolleyes:

I have seen Randy in old Journey vids and was wondering does he exclusively use EBMM?

Nice work there all at EBMM. With all the fine new offerings now available such as the Big AL & now the Reflex, I am right on target to secure the 30th anniversary I've always wanted. On my most modest budget, it would not have happened, except for now, as people are 'thinning the herd' to get the dollars together for one of these magnificent instruments.
