You should have bought that "chambered" AL that was on the bay - it'd have given you somewhere to stick your tackle when posing for your future trademark pics !

Glad to see ya back, Smelly. I hope things calm down a bit at work for you. I hate to read about people who's health is suffering because they're working too hard at work. Or are being pushed to hard at work. It's just not worth a stroke or heart attack.
So, you want something with MM90's. Maybe an ASS might fit the bill since you mentioned you already have an AL. Have you thought about waiting until the Reflex is released. Ya never know, the Reflex might have a MM90 option as well.

Glad the health scare wasn't worse; I know the feeling about the guitars.
I'm also in that same space age-wise (going to be 48 in a couple of months), plus my corporate job ends with a layoff in mid-May. I'm lucky in the sense I've been there 9 years so I get a hefty severance, but unlucky in that my best job options is to become an independent consultant and basically eat what I can kill. That means my only purchases will be a decent accoustic once I sell off my non-EBMM electrics (except that '79 Fender my folks got me that stays for sentimental reasons) and maybe so pedals to play with.
However, I'm taking the opportunity to get off the buying/selling/collecting merry-go-round and go back to taking lessons to force me to get better at what these things are meant for - playing.

Oooh, you soooo need to find a used Pearl Blue Axis Sport with MM90s available right here in Scotland at reasonable cost, a real work horse if you will........................

and guys I'm not in the tax business that's Spud! - I'm an IT Manager for Fujitsu, but our main customer is the goverment: - budgets, year end etc. - so when it's busy life goes on hold --not right - but the way it is, i'm far from complaining but it's been VERY hard going.... anybody got any mm90' vids?

Sadly, Smelly there ain't gonna be a bash this year, in fact there won't even be a S&T stand at Music Live this year. I've heard it from the.... err Lemon's mouth.

Not sure but I only spoke to Lemon about this recently and the prospects weren't good. As I've been told it takes a lot of logistic and finance to organize such an event and this year it might prove difficult for them, however don't take my word for it, as circustances might always change and with that Lemon & Co. might decide to do it after all, Kev me and you just gonna have to keep our fingers crossed (get it? lol) The 9 & a half fingers club we are, me and you

Smelly...I collect certain things....Sometimes I have zero interest in getting another....there is no pressure when you see something that makes you happy ...then pull the trigger I have found that it is hard to say "Final Final " in anything
