In my opinion the iPad is very disappointing. It's basically an oversized iPod touch that STILL lacks multitasking, because Apple says that we don't need it (they actually said that). And they call it revolutionary. I'm really starting to get annoyed by the overuse of that word. Give me an iPad with the Mac OS, and I might consider it.

Have you tried it? Many people say the same things you've said, until they try it.

I'm curious to see how it will evolve, hoping that some interesting apps will come out, because up to now the appstore has 95% of rubbish apps, and 5% of good apps imho.

I totally agree. I have an iPhone and I do like it, but the apps I do have are mainly just for fun. I could do without the apps altogether for a much smaller phone. My interest in the iPad mostly lies in how well the keyboard will work for writing. It seems like a great multimedia device, but not much of a workstation.

:)

Our keyboard player will get one very soon and will use it on stage for all his setting and scores. Will look better than the paper folder is using now :p

I will also get one for my father that is 85 so he can read the news paper, his PC laptop is too complicated this is the ideal tool for him

It is just an oversized iPod.

even Hitler doesn't like it.
