Help! JP6 buzz

Hi guys,
i've a problem with my JP6. I changed my strings, cleaning the neck, and now i have some problem with guitar setup.
I've followed FAQ about set up JP6, but i hear a buzz on 14th fret on 4th and 5th string. The action seems to be quite high as a pick pass through the strings without problems (i would like to slower it), but i hear this buzz so i can't slower it.
Any suggestion ?? Bridge seems to be ok...it's parallel to the body
Please help me, i don't wanto to damage my JP6

You should contact customer service first for those issues, they will help you out in no time. It's not a good idea to post problems here (especially as a first post), it's kind of a no no (I know, cause I've done the same )

Thank you...i've send an email to customer services...anyway i'm worried about my guitar, so i've thought this was the faster place where find answers

First thing : when you changed the string, did you use the same string gauge ???
Normally, on a JP6 the strings are 9-42. If you put for instance 10-46 strings, you will need to adjust the truss rod.
Most of the times, a truss rod adjustment will solve all the buzz problems. Check the F.A.Q on the Ernie Ball site.

I've seen it before replacing strings...anyway FAQ about JP6 setup tells to check truss rod with 12th fret, while video check with 15th: is the same??

I believe it depends on the date of Birth of your guitar.
If I remember well, JP used 9-42 strings, later on, he switched to 10-46 and again he went back to 9-42. I am sure that the JP specialists on this forum will confirm (or not !) this.
Did you check your intonation ? If your intonation is perfect, that means that you did not change the string gauge.

Yes it's more or less the same. When I adjust the truss rod, firstly I check at the 12th fret (it's the middle of the neck). But after that, I will check at every fret just to be sure
Most of the time the fret buzz comes from the 10 - 17 frets depending on the fret wear, but can also come from the first frets (1, 2 : near the nut).

This is correct but my JP6 had gauge 10s on it. So he in fact switched back to 10s because in an interview he states that 9s are to flimsy(and I have to agree).

He also said that on lower tunings he uses 11s. But thats on song which are in drop C and D standard. I'm pretty sure that he uses gauge 10s for songs in E standard and drop D.
