I believe that if this was to go to court, they would be more in trouble about the 4+1 tuners on the headstock than the elusive body design.

Anyone remembers when Gibson sued PRS for their singlecut and lost? Personally I thought PRS got away with murder but the law is the law and they won instead.

No, there would not be any trouble about the 4+1 tuner setup on the headstock. None. Fender, Lull, Sadowsky, Elrick, and many other brands use a 4+1 headstock design and have for years.

Again, the ONLY headstock layout that is verboten is 3+1.

Yep, some wild mixture of Bongo and Al, like a "Bongal" or "Alongo"
