Does anyone have any idea how long it takes the factory to make a guitar? I saw the process on the home page, but was curious to the assembly time. Basically from the initial cut of wood, to paint drying, to drilling and installing/wiring hardware. Are there different lines for different guitars and basses? Seeing as it's taking about 3-4 months to get my HH AL I'm thinking they make a certain number of one type then shift to another type and then shampoo, rinse and repeat all over again.

Is there a round about number of folks who work on each model.

The wait at this time is about 3 months. The guitars are made to order. They don't make guitars in batches then warehouse them like other companies. The orders come in and the guitars are made.

From what I understand, they do actually make them in batches because of the small scale it is much more productive to make a batch of one model and then move onto another model. So I believe it is a kind of rotating system/schedule.
