I just saw it this morning on a DVR recording, as alas, I was watching my beloved Red Wings and Windsor Spitfires lose last night.

I love Miranda Lambert as well, Carrie Underwood too. I played a gig backing up a female country singer Saturday night, and had to learn Kerosene, White Liar, So Small and Cowboy Casanova. Fun tunes and fun times.

Brad has a few of our guitars and occaisonally uses a big Al I played Scotty Hamiltons 50th Birthday with him and Eric Idle and Kevin Nealon and Ferraro and Cox and I made him play my gold roller....THat was a gig for the ages. Playing "Always Look At the Bright Side of Life"

Not to take this off-topic, but the EBMM model that I like, of Brad's guitars, is his Silo with the vintage Tele bridge assembly and MM90 in the neck position. He used it on Austin City Limits for "Two Feet Of Topsoil".

I missed the beggining of the show so I did not see John, but just about watched the whole thing and it was by far the best awards show I have seen in a longtime. It kind of made me remember that people can actually play and sing live and sound great. It would be hard pressed to find better players than those in Nashville, as they are all just ace musicians.
