The boy has got the gift.lol Just a terrific talent in the making. I can listen to that style of playing all day long and with guys like Brad Paisley and especially Keith Urban breaking away from the traditional country lyrics of tractors and biscuits in the oven I have been listening to more of it.

Nah IMO, on a SSS guitar it would either be positions 2 or 4 but shucks I know you were talking about the Axis. ;)
Incidentally in the 2009 UK Knucklehead Bash there was some fine "Country Twang" coming from an Axis

Position 2 and 4 can twang seriously on the ASS

And I do agree with Spud in between position would have been terrific

Totally agree that the twangy - ness of the Axis is very very good, that was proved in the Knucklehead bash, and I have to admit to be surprised as to how versatile the Axis is.
But the "King of Twang" is the AL ;) :D

my Piezo ASS could be my only guitar during gig but the albert is so good that I play the set 50:50 :p

but this luxury, EBMM guitars are so versatile you could use only one for all

My son Daniel Donato has been playing for 2 yrs. He's 14 and is lucky enough to play on broadway in Nashville whenever he can!
From what I've read some ppl think his guitar is somewhat of a mystery..
There's a good reason for that.... Although I'd love to explain why I can't yet.
Thank you all so much for your kind posts and for watching his YouTube video!
If anyone is ever in the Nashville area come and check him out, he gets better every day..

I thought about it but, I don't think that it's one of our 2001 GC exclusives.

I had a look on a decent screen not a poorly underlit laptop screen and its actually got a trans finish with a figured top.
