you guyas even hijack threads about my bbq!

The pics on facebook from Big Poppa Smokers are mouth watering - I've been watching the videos on my netbook whilst cooking them in the house (It's still to cold to BBQ out here!) - The Dishes that need wraped in foil I do in the oven but can't wait for the better weather to try them on my grill - We have a Broil King is that a good one or a bad one??

Big Poppa smokers gets people cooking their own food and not eating frozen pre-packaged crap - That's a big thing, I love to cook, and there's loads new bits n' bops between the you tube videos and facebook every day almost - it's like an interactive cookery book! - please keep 'em coming...

I haven't wandered to twitter yet, everything I need is on facebook and many of you have added me as friends, Bring on the sun, cowboy hat and a BBQ - yeee haawww - I got some of the Paul Newman sauce yesterday - anyone tried it ?? - It was on special and only got one to try it - but an indian friend of mind wants to show me how to make curry marinades so might ditch jars too!

Smelly Paul Newman is fine but probably a little generic. I suggest you make your own. The books to look for are Paul Kirk's Sauces and spices, Paul Kirk's Mr BBQ, Peace Love and BBQ by Mike Mills, Big Bob Gibson by Chris Lilly...Smoke and Spice is good too

THese will get you going.

See you guys get to see what I do in my spare time! I love cooking

Thanks BP, I will have to check them out. I'll be doing a lot of grilling in my new home this summer!!

What is the best "basic" model of grill and/or smoker?

You're gonna let something like a little snow stop you from cooking?!?!?! C'mon ya wimp. Man up and fire up the grill. ;)
