I sent my rosewood Axis SS in a few weeks ago for a small issue and I just received it back a couple days ago. Wow. I won't go into depth of the issue but the guitar came back playing PERFECT. Better than when I bought it. They also included a bunch of goodies in the case too. The trem arm was missing when I got it back, and the owner of the shop called them up and they sent out a new one with some picks and bumper stickers to me immediately. The customer service of this company is amazing!

Thank you so much to the guys at the company and BP. Aside from being the best guitars in the world, the courtesy and kindness of EBMM has definitely made me a lifelong part of the Ernie Ball family.

Great service indeed. Rare now with modern corporations.

To me, the quality of a company sometimes shows better when you have a problem and how they react to it cos the backup is what is important. Nobody can be perfect and if things go wrong you then see the companies that support their clients correctly and as it should be.

Something the Auto industry forgot a long time ago.

Credit to EBMM.... 1st class outfit.

PS: Make note to self to move to California.. can wear shorts all year round apparently

Cheers

yeah shorts can be a year round thing depending on where you live... up north where i'm at you're looking at shorts 3/4 of the year... down south where BP and crew are you're talking pretty much year round... maybe a week or two where it's questionable but more or less a viable option
