Did EVH have a lot to do with the design of the Axis, or did EBMM design it and offer it "as is" to him? To my understanding, the Axis hasn't changed much since he left EBMM. I've heard he was involved in the Dimarzio custom pups design.....kind of lost interest in VH after DLR split and didn't follow his gear history.

I know dude! It was the neck on my JP that sold the guitar to me instantly, its like nothing else, smooth, fast and comfortable

Yeah man, the neck and the trem. That's what sold me.
