Well, yesterday I stopped by my local EBMM dealer to buy Coated Guitar Titanium Slinkies for my sons birthday and was in little hurry, but than dealer said to me: -hey, come on take a few minutes to look what just arrived!
He said: "the last one" on official dealership market, 25th 4 single H maple FB!

Ugh... ...my jaws dropped, it's just unbelievable fantastic!
Price is abnormally high, but there are some discount for a cash!
I was pretty surprised how light weight it is! Does it means that have empty chamber Ash construction like 25th guitar models?
Dealer said that EQ is like on Bongo, but with some center frequencies changes..., or something like that!
I didn't plugged it into the amp, 'cause I was in hurry, but will for sure these days, anyway it sounds great even when it's not amplified, that means that wood work and mechanics are perfect!

Excellent job EBMM, it's piece of the art indeed! ;)

Now I have maximum GAS for incoming Reflex model (for sure cheaper than 25th), I'm especially interested for single H 5 model if will be available, dealer said that he don't believe that piezo will be an option on Reflex, 'cause passive tone control mode...etc.

OK, I must rise up this old Thread of mine, 'cause I visited my dealer yesterday and finally tried this 25th plugged in amp!

For a good ol' custom on this forum, no pic-no bass, here it is:

I wrote before that 25th sounds great even unplugged, but when dealer plugged it in to the tube Messa-Boggie with 210 cab..., absolute fantastic!

I was little bit surprised with output level between series and parallel mode, it's very high difference, but I think that's normal!

I don't need even to mention about killer 4 band EQ, but most of all I was surprised with passive/parallel combo! Just amazing, with slight passive tone knob muted highs, it's another slap killer, wonderful! :)

Here's one more pic with currently offer in my local store:

One more thing, I ask my dealer if it's possible to order the same 5 string one, ...he said NO, this is really last one and I bought it for sale!

He said also, don't worry, You'll have the first reflex in Croatia, as soon when production starts You'll be informed! :)

What do those basses cost in Croatia?

Sorry, I think that price issue is not allowed at this forum!

Maybe for EU or USA guys that's fair price, but we do have here 4-5 times less salary than You guys!

At the other side, domestic currency is pretty high according the US$, ...and I have huge discount at my local dealer, so nothing is impossible! :)

But I want a 5 strings one like this!
Keko, I know many musicians that buy a lot of musical equipment. My advice to you is to buy right the first time. If this is the bass for you and will last you for the rest of your life then consider buying it. It will save you money in the long run :)
