Not sure if this kind of information is proprietary but curious as to how many basses ship (on average) now vs. back when the economy was stronger.

Also how many more basses than guitars ship?

Obviously kill this thread if this info is considered inappropriate to share.

If I had to take a wild guess on how many instruments are shipped each day(and believe me, I haven't a clue), I would say on an average day in June:

18 basses
14 guitars

I only know of one figure for certain. Regardless of how many leave the factory per day, they are still one short for sure, as mine hasn't left yet :D damn! :p

Seeing the previous responses, I won't post it here without Jack or BP's approval. It's not like I'm sitting on government secrets or anything, but I like it here... :p

However, it's from 2004, so it's probably outdated anyway.

There is a photo floating around somewhere that captures a board on which was written what appears to be the "goals" for the production guys for that day
