i've been good. i've been quiet.

i've seen some pictures of an exclusive built for a big shot bass, and then there's the pics from the Music Man UK site so i think it's safe to assume that the Reflex bass is being rolled out. maybe some new colors... at least orange, right?

pictures? anyone?

i realize it only started two hours ago. but i've been frothy for about a month now. haven't you?

thank you Pete. any word on specs? more specifically, the Music Man UK site lists a maple top and mahogany tone block and also shows binding. is this accurate?

Yes, but I wouldn't expect any pics until tonight. I'm sure anyone who is there is more into taking in the show than uploading pics. We probably won't see anything until tonight when folks are back in their hotel rooms, hooking up their cameras to their laptops, and uploading pics.

that's what Pete just said. the UK Music Man site says maple top as well. now, it's not a figured maple top, but i'm ok with that, especially since i'm pretty hot for a white with rosewood HSS...

i realize that we are spoiled here, and i'll continue to try not to take that for granted. BP already showed us some tasty photos of the orange Reflex, and i suppose that served as our sneak peak. i was just hoping for some other photos taken "in house" prior to the show (with emphasis on the "hoping"... i certainly wasn't demanding or expecting).

Yeah, no harm, no foul but remember what NAMM means (not to us, it's just a drool-fest for us). It means rushing to finish interesting pieces, lots of people trying to finish stuff up in order to abandon their real job at their desks for a week, loading trucks to haul stuff across the country, arrangements, hotels, travel......so we're more likely to see fanboi photos first.

Thumbs up for the Reflex!

Any news about changed or additional finishes for the existing product lines, especially the Bongo? ;) ... Even an official "No" would be nice.
