Thanks for the video!

I see why everyone wants a custom version now. It's all about the eye bolts for the guitar strap ;)

Wow, great phrasing on some of those runs! It's scary, but I think JH is getting even better all the time

What's his backup? I see a Candy Red w/matching headstock, white (pearloid?) guard and black pups. Is it a trem model too?

BTW, I have YET to see two Silo players that sound remotely the same! Such a versatile guitar!

So good.

Didn't he do a stint with Sammy Hager? Love the rock and country mix

He rattled off a bunch of people he's worked with over the years. He pointed out that Sammy is making a point to have as much fun doing what he's doing as is humanly possible (my paraphrase).

I can remember a lot of stories in the magazines about this amazing guitar wiz who mixed country and shred techniques, I believe he was even endorsed before he ever recorded an album. There are us regular players and then that 1% percent that seem to come from another planet, and he is certainly in that category. For those who frequent licklibrary there is a cool interview with him and Stuart Bull with Guitar in hand (pre Silo) explaining some of his licks and techniques. He seems like a hell of a nice guy.
