Albert Lee/B Bender/Country legends DVD

In another thread, there was mention made about Albert's AL with a B bender.
A response was made that when watching the "Country Legend" DVD, Albert shows and talks about the bender.
So I got the DVD out again last night - I haven't played it for a while and can't wait to play clips of it when I get home tonight. It's stirred up the passion I had for playing some of his licks and I was making good progress last night. Damn. doesn't work get in the way of your guitar playing!!! (unless guitar playing is your work!!)

So I just wanted to say if you are a fan of Albert and his guitars get this DVD - you won't be disappointed!!

I remember sending a bank check in 1997 to the USA to order it on VHS, it came as a 2 video set, took 9 months to get to me, but i was completely amazed and fell in love with Albert straight away. I wore the tapes out good, it was good news when it got released on dvd a few years ago. The concert part of it is available as a cheaper dvd too.

By the way, is that AL with the bender have a piezio? Seems like I remember three knobs on it, but I don't have time to review it right now.

Wow Rob - 9 months , how things have changed.
Hi JH . Yeah nice one man, I love this DVD what with all the REALLY old film clips of Alberts guitar influences/heros.
The pink Al with the bender has 2 pots so I assume no piezo.

However the guitar he uses in the concert footage is a vintage sunburst hardtail with Piezo.

Yeah, that's what I as thinking of. I knew one of those ALs had three pots.

That DVD really is great, but then again, it's Albert Lee!!!

and he really uses the piezo on a few tunes too, it sounds great!
