What.... four pages and still no pics???
We love gig pics!

sorry rano, wheres my manners???? as requested, here's some pics of my bongo6 show disguised as a concert for some person, no one remembers them anyways, its all about the bongo.

here's the first downbeat:

and this is after the artist was rushed to the hospital with some form of hemorrhage aneurysm thingy that occurred during the downbeat. i was forced out on stage with the bongo6 for an encore because the suits were going mad and threatened to rip the place apart, chanting c-y-bon-go c-y-bon-go over and over. its kinda spooky, but there are tons of pictures from this night, but the bongo doesnt show up in any of them, just me in the wizard suit my aunt made for me.

So..Craig,

Thoughts on that Bongo 6ster single H monster. Just wondering about your transition period. Is it a 4 with 2 Xtra strings, a 5 with an extra...or a giant guitar tuned like a bass? (that's the order it went for me back in 92, and it took....oohhhh...5 years to stop grabbing the wrong strings thinking the D was an A was a E...etc.) Did the Wizard beard get caught in the strap button?

man it just felt right. immediately. hard to explain since ive never played a 6 in my life. spent a bit of time on a 5er 15 yrs ago, but have been playing 4s ever since. this just seemed like an instrument that could take me where ive been wanting to go, and went to work as soon as i got it. all really by happy accident. sometimes im not smart enough to know what im looking for but have to go thru a process of "thats not it", this thing totally found me, and made sense as soon as it came out of the box. it was an instant "sh!t, thats what i needed..." a whole new platform with an insane amount of new possibilities not just tossed in, but beautifully implemented by a clearly genius designer. i view it really as an entirely new instrument.

You would think that the singer in the one wizard photo could raise the mic stand a little bit. Singing like that in that position is bad posture and is sure to lead to future back problems...

I believe he works out daily, so bad technique is not a problem for him.
